Product Overview

Canon EOS Ra is a high-sensitivity mirrorless interchangeable lens camera for the RF-mount system. It is Canon's first mirrorless camera designed specifically for astrophotography. Built on the EOS R, it brings in a range of features that improve the camera's ability to capture the night sky:
  • Four times greater transmittance of hydrogen-alpha light (deep red, Hα) of 656.3nm compared to the original EOS R, thanks to an infrared cutoff filter
  • A 30x maximum magnification for optimal manual focus acquisition
  • Full support of all Canon RF, EF, and EF-S lenses
