Product Overview

Citroen C4 is an affordable compact hatchback in production from 2004 to 2010. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.4 to 2.0 liters.
The Mk1 C4 is rather ugly and mechanically backward, though many thought that the French knew how to build cars and bought the marketing. The larger petrol engines are rather reliable, though the vehicle overall was not put together well.
Citroen didn't give the car independent rear suspensions. The 4-speed automatic transmission was outdated and unreliable, while the 6-speed "EGS" automated manual was glitchy.
Citroen has made a good effort in aerodynamics, with a decent 0.28 coefficient of drag to show for it.
