Product Overview

Audi S3 Sportback (Typ 8V) is the performance version of the A3 compact hatchback in production from 2013 to 2016, whereupon it received a facelift. It was powered by a turbocharged inline-4 petrol engine that displaced 2.0 liters.
Compared to the 3-door S3, the Sportback is more practical but slightly less attractive. Compared to the 2.0 TFSI found in the A3, the one in the S3 is heavily boosted to produce 300PS. This engine is mated to either manual or DCT transmissions with a part-time AWD system.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Audi S3 Sportback uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.
