KamLan 50mm F1.1 II is a large-aperture manual-focus short telephoto prime lens for Canon EF-M-mount, Fujifilm X-mount, Micro Four Thirds-mount, and Sony E-mount. It covers the APS-C image circle. Introduced by KamLan in 2019, it has 8 elements in 7 groups.
Manual focus may be limiting to some, but purists will find it much more engaging. There are also fewer things to go wrong on the long run. Unfortunately, KamLan has opted to omit weather sealing for this lens, so owners should pay extra attention when shooting in incremental weathers.
