Product Overview

SIGMA 16mm F1.4 DC DN | Contemporary lens is a bright f/1.4 wide-angle prime lens for mirrorless Sony E-mount, Leica L-mount, and Canon EF-M mount APS-C cameras as well as Micro Four Thirds cameras with a 24mm (32mm for MFT) full-frame equivalent.
Featuring a lightweight, compact package, the lens has a complex optical formula that minimizes optical aberrations and offers superb resolution at wide-open aperture and throughout the aperture range.
In order to achieve this low f-number in a large-diameter Contemporary lens, SIGMA took on a wide variety of challenges, leveraging its latest optical design technologies, incorporating updated video capabilities, and utilizing in-camera digital correction to further improve the lens’s optical quality.
Like many SIGMA lenses, the 16mm F1.4 DC DN is available for the Mount Conversion Service.
