Product Overview

Fujifilm X-T200 is a high-end mirrorless camera in the Fujifilm X-mount system. Introduced by Fujifilm in 2020, it comes with an APS-C sensor with 24 MP (6000 x 4000) resolution and a 2.36 million-dot EVF.
The camera has a poor battery life, and a second or third battery may be needed to get you through the day. The Fujifilm X-T200's 8.0 fps burst rate limits its use for certain types of photography, but it is hardly something that most photographers should worry about.
The Fujifilm X-T200 comes with a fully articulated touch display and 425 autofocus points.

Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
Fujifilm's X-T200 is a capable and elegant machine for the casual photographer. It's sized perfectly for travel, with a webcam mode that makes it equally useful when you're stuck at home. Autofocus responded quickly and kept my face and eyes sharp even when I moved closer or farther away. The Sony A6100 is the winner when it comes to autofocus.
Pros
  • Improved video quality
  • Improved autofocus
  • Built-in webcam
Cons
  • Nothing in particular

pcmag[2]

Reviewer score 78% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcmag have found:
The X-T200's imaging engine is basically identical to the X-A7. It's a standard Bayer color filter sensor, rather than Fujifilm's proprietary X-Trans. Burst capture is available at a speedy 8fps. Image quality drops as you move to the higher sensitivity.
Pros
  • Excellent image quality
  • Fast autofocus
  • Excellent battery life
Cons
  • Lacks manual control
  • Lacks in-body stabilization

rtings[3]

Reviewer score 25% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from rtings have found:
The Fujifilm X-T200 is very good for landscape photography. Though it has amazing image quality, its autofocus system struggles to track fast-moving subjects and keep them in focus. It has a decent recording quality in 4k, but videos recorded in FHD aren't very detailed or sharp.
Pros
  • Excellent image quality
  • Lightweight and easy to carry with you on-the-go
  • Outstanding battery life
  • Great image quality, even in direct sunlight
  • Well-built design
Cons
  • Sub-par autofocus feature
  • Small body can be uncomfortable for larger hands

techradar[4]

Reviewer score 80% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from techradar have found:
The X-T200 shares the X-A7's 256-zone built-in metering system. Film Simulation modes and filters add some fun and pop to the images. The Super EBC XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS kit lens needs a minimum focusing distance of 13cm for sharp images.
Pros
  • Excellent image quality
  • Excellent autofocus
  • Excellent build quality
Cons
  • Occasionally unresponsive LCD display
  • No 4K video

tomsguide[5]

Reviewer score 75% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from tomsguide have found:
Fujifilm X-T200 is a fun camera that produces good image quality in both still and video. It offers faster autofocus, higher resolution video and better performance than its predecessor. However, like the Sony 6100's problematic menu system, if you want to do more advanced photography, you need to gain mastery of the camera's buttons, screens and menus.
Pros
  • Good image quality in both still and video
  • Fast autofocus
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some menus are confusing
  • Lacks advanced features

trustedreviews[6]

Reviewer score 82% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from trustedreviews have found:
The X-T200 has one of the largest articulated touchscreens available. It can record un-cropped 4K-video (3840 x 2160) at 30fps and Full HD video at up to 120fps. Its large APS-C sensor and access to quality Fujifilm X-series lenses put it in a different league altogether.
Pros
  • Large APS-C sensor
  • Large touchscreens
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Battery life could be better
