“Making charging even easier and more convenient”
As an e-mobility pioneer, the BMW Group has been closely involved with charging of electric vehicles and the necessary infrastructure for more than a decade. The path to e-mobility success leads through the charging station – which is why charging infrastructure is a management priority for the BMW Group. We talked to three Board of Management members, Ilka Horstmeier (responsible for Human Resources and Labour Relations), Pieter Nota (responsible for Customer, Brands and Sales) and Dr Nicolas Peter (responsible for Finance), about how the BMW Group is approaching the issue of charging, where the advantages and potential lie, and what role charging should play in the continuing ramp-up of electromobility.

Mustang Mach-E Is Delivered To First Customers In China
Among the customers to receive the vehicle is ad executive and Mustang fan Jin Zhang, who will use his Mach-E as a family vehicle. He is pictured being handed the keys to his new Mach-E by Mark Kaufman, general manager, Ford China BEV Division. Currently, there are 25 such stores dedicated to the sale of Ford electric vehicles in China.

All-New Honda Civic Type R Coming to Tokyo Auto Salon
Fresh from testing at the Suzuka Circuit, the all-new Honda Civic Type R will make its first public appearance in prototype form January 14 to 16 at the Tokyo Auto Salon, Japan's premiere high-performance and custom car show. Wearing a special camouflage designed exclusively for Type R, the prototype will also be featured in a new action-packed test-driving video, so TAS visitors can go behind the scenes with Honda engineers and experience the development of Type R. The best performing Civic Type R ever will be officially unveiled next year. The Honda lineup includes the Civic, Insight, and Accord passenger cars, along with the HR-V, CR-V, Passport and Pilot sport utility vehicles, the Ridgeline pickup and the Odyssey minivan.
