Product Overview

Hasselblad XCD 2.5/55V is a normal prime lens for Hasselblad X-mount. It covers the medium format (44x33mm) image circle. Introduced by Hasselblad in 2022, it has 9 elements in 8 groups.
One of a trio of lenses launched with the debut of the new X2D 100c mirrorless camera, the 2.5/55V has a new design language. Integrated is the new manual focus clutch. On the lens barrel, one can find a physical aperture ring. Those who wish to focus manually can have the best of both worlds (with the usual caveats).
A normal prime lens, the Hasselblad XCD 55mm F2.5 V does not boast the brightest apertures, though it still may be worth a try for landscape and street photography.
