Product Overview
Koenigsegg Regera is a targa-top supercar in production from 2016 to 2022. It was powered by a hybrid drivetrain based on Koenigsegg's bi-turbo V8 engine that displaced 5.1 liters.
The first hybrid car with this type of powertrain setup, the Regera is likely inspired by the e-CVT transmission found in Toyota's hybrid vehicles. Still, the Regera is at the polar opposite in terms of performance, boasting 1500hp of combined power output driving the rear wheels.
Like most other Koenigsegg vehicles, the Regera is a targa top.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Koenigsegg Regera comes with double-wishbone suspensions at all four corners. Koenigsegg even made carbon fiber wheels available as an option.
