Product Overview

Volvo V90 Cross Country facelift is an executive station wagon in production from 2020. It is available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 2.0 liters.
Compared to the pre-facelift, the facelifted V90 Cross Country introduced minor cosmetic updates. Unlike the standard V90, the Cross Country lacks more interesting drivetrain options and is locked into AWD.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, will appreciate the approach, departure, and breakover angles that the chassis offers. The Volvo V90 Cross Country (facelift 2020) also comes with a high towing capacity.

External Reviews

cnet[1]

Reviewer score 76% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from cnet have found:
The V90 Cross Country is a luxury car at its core and the way it drives reflects that. The optional Four-C adaptive air suspension is excellent, isolating passengers from all but the gnarliest road imperfections. Volvo's Sensus infotainment tech is acceptable, but this system that seemed so forward-thinking just a few years ago now feels somewhat dated.
Pros
  • Comfortable, easy-to-drive cabin
  • Excellent infotainment tech
  • Comfortable and easy to drive
Cons
  • Lack of power
  • Lacks a lot of tech

digitaltrends[2]

Reviewer score 66% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
The new-for-2022 mild-hybrid powertrain consists of a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with both a turbocharger and an electric supercharger. With a claimed 6.1-second zero-to-60 mph time, the V90 Cross Country B6 is 1.0 second slower than rival Audi and Mercedes wagons. Volvo offers a four-year, 50,000-mile new vehicle warranty.
Pros
  • Luxurious interior
  • Comfortable ride
  • Good infotainment
Cons
  • Lack of tech
  • No Android Auto
