Product Overview

Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan V177 is a subcompact sedan in production from 2018. It is available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.3 to 2.0 liters.
Based on the W177 A-Class hatchback, the V177 is the first sedan bearing the A-Class badge. It is also the cheapest Mercedes sedan on the market today. As such, the A-Class Sedan is unsurprisingly very basic in build quality.
Engineers at Mercedes-Benz clearly made a great effort in aerodynamics, with a class-leading 0.23 coefficient of drag to show for it. The official fuel economy rating is exceptionally rosy, though it may cast more doubts on the trustworthiness of the regulators and perhaps the owner's own sanity than it relates to reality.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan (V177) uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.
