Product Overview

Audi TT (8S) Roadster is a subcompact convertible sports car in production from 2014 to 2018, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.8 to 2.0 liters.
Compared to the Mk2 TT, the 8S TT Roadster is limited to inline-4, which just a decade ago would be considered inadequate but which is what most have to live with today, thanks to regulations. Unfortunately, Audi continued to use the dated, and frankly not very reliable, 6-speed DCT (marketed as S tronic) transmission.
While the car received some athletic design elements, it is clear that the car fundamentally remained the same. It is therefore less interesting, despite higher output levels (marginally so).
