Product Overview

Audi A4 B7 (Type 8H) Cabriolet is a compact-executive convertible in production from 2005 to 2008. It was available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 1.8 to 3.1 liters.
Essentially, the B7 A4 is a facelift of the B6. The two vehicles even share the same type code (8H). Hence, it surprises no one that the two also share much of the drivetrain setup. The V6 engines got larger displacement and higher output, and the new ZF 6HP automatic transmission replaced the 5-speed unit.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Audi A4 B7 Cabriolet comes with multi-link suspensions at all four corners. This provides the best cornering performance and tunability, at the expense of cost and a little bit of durability.
