Product Overview

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet A205 facelift is a compact executive convertible in production from 2018 to 2021. It was available with a range of inline-4, V6, and V8 engines that displaced 1.5 to 4.0 liters.
A small evolution of the pre-facelift model, the facelifted A205 introduced minor cosmetic updates. The drivetrain remained largely unchanged. One can be forgiven for not being able to tell them apart.
The same considerations as before are carried over. However, as these engines have to comply with the Euro 6d emission standard, they can be expected to be less reliable in the long run.

Reviewer score 69% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from autoexpress have found:
The C-Class Cabriolet was our Convertible of the Year in 2017. But the facelifted model wasn't included this year. This is our first chance to try the revised car and see if it stands a chance of regaining its crown. From the outside, the tweaks mirror those that we've already seen on the Saloon and Estate. All UK cars get a 10.25-inch central display that's crisp and quick to respond to inputs.
Pros
  • Relaxing engine
  • Comfortable to drive
Cons
  • Alternatives are more practical
  • Not as comfortable as the C 43
