Product Overview

Opel Tigra B TwinTop is an entry-level subcompact hardtop convertible in production from 2004 to 2009. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.2 to 1.8 liters.
Introduced at a time of a new wave of hardtop convertibles (started with Lexus SC430), the Tigra TwinTop is one of the cheapest ways to get one. From the front, it was almost an Opel Corsa C subcompact hatchback. The rear is unique to accommodate the folding top. Unfortunately, this left the car with a rather ugly styling and disappointing driving experience that combines discomfort, harshness, poor handling, and lack of performance.
