Product Overview

Volvo C30 is a subcompact 3-door hatchback in production from 2006 to 2013. It was available with a range of inline-4 and inline-5 engines that displaced 1.6 to 2.5 liters.
Sharing much of its underpinnings of the S40 compact sedan, the C30 was one of the few hatchbacks that Volvo made at the time. It used a wide range of engines from both Volvo's and Ford's parts bin, though it featured a distinct, premium exterior styling. Time has shown that the vehicle has been well put together.
The interesting engine option is the inline-5 (I5) engine, which has a unique exhaust characteristic and good power response that many owners love, in both petrol (T5) and diesel (D5) guises.
