Product Overview

Hyundai ix20 is an entry-level subcompact minivan in production from 2010 to 2019. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.4 to 1.6 liters.
Compared to the i20 hatchback on which it is based, the ix20 is just a taller model that suits the needs of older consumers with mobility issues. It is not particularly ugly, though nothing of it inspires.

Reviewer score 71% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from autoexpress have found:
The ix20 looks relatively compact on the outside, but inside it's huge. There's plenty of space for front and rear seat passengers and the cabin features lots of innovative storage solutions. The 440 litre boot is bigger than that offered by the new Ford Focus. Seats fold completely flat to offer a 1,440 litre load bay. All Hyundais offer a five-year warranty, breakdown and servicing deal.
Pros
  • Comfortable to drive
  • Decent fuel economy
Cons
  • Not as big as rivals
