Product Overview

Peugeot 207 is an entry-level subcompact hatchback in production from 2006 to 2012. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.4 to 1.6 liters.
Compared to the 206, the 207 is apparently an evolution rather than a revolution not only in styling terms but also in chassis and suspension design. Unfortunately, Peugeot put only semi-independent suspensions on this car.
Some of the engines on this car are reasonably reliable, though all of them are underpowered. The 4-speed automatic transmission is disastrous and would break easily, and even the manual transmission is under-built.
A plus is the small 10.4m (34.1ft) turning circle, which works well for the tiny roads in Western Europe.
The 207 is available in both 3-door and 5-door form factors with virtually no difference between them.
