Product Overview

Citroen C5 CrossTourer is an affordable large station wagon in production from 2014 to 2017. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 2.0 to 2.2 liters.
The CrossTourer is based on the Mk2 C5 Tourer (chassis code TD). It was intended to be an "uglified" version of the standard wagon, though Citroen's attempt resulted in a slightly less ugly vehicle, perhaps because the base car was so bland.
Still, as Citroen doesn't build AWD vehicles, the CrossTourer is FWD-only, which essentially means that Citroen doesn't pretend that the vehicle can go offroad at all.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Citroen C5 CrossTourer comes with multi-link suspensions at all four corners. This provides the best cornering performance and tunability, at the expense of cost and a little bit of durability.
