Product Overview

Toyota Matrix (chassis code E130) a.k.a. Corolla Matrix is a compact hatchback in production from 2002 to 2007. It was available with two inline-4 engines that displaced 1.8 liters.
The Matrix was assembled in Canada for the North American market. Hence, even though it is a hatchback, at least in the first generation it also has some of the "wagon" elements.
Unfortunately, like all hatchbacks, the Matrix is boring and rather unappealing physically. It is limited to I4 engines that don't delivery much but are reliable and affordable to run. Another plus is the small 9.8m (32.1ft) turning circle.
