Fujifilm GFX 50S is a high-end mirrorless camera in the Fujifilm G-mount system. Introduced by Fujifilm in 2016, it comes with a medium format sensor with 51 MP (8256 x 6192) resolution and a 3.69 million-dot EVF.
The camera has a usable battery life, though a second battery may be a good thing to keep in your camera bag. The Fujifilm GFX 50S's 3.0 fps burst rate limits its use for certain types of photography, but it is hardly something that most photographers should worry about.
