Product Overview

Hasselblad X1D is a high-end mirrorless camera in the Hasselblad X-mount system. Introduced by Hasselblad in 2016, it comes with a 44x33 mm medium format sensor with 51 MP (8272 x 6200) resolution and a 2.36 million-dot EVF.
The Hasselblad X1D's 2.3 fps burst rate limits its use for certain types of photography, but it is hardly something that most photographers should worry about. It features a highly functional touch interface and is a great option for enthusiasts who loves the processing of taking pictures above all.

External Reviews

digitaltrends[1]

Reviewer score 73% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
The Hasselblad X1D combines medium-format image quality and leaf shutter flexibility in a portable (and relatively affordable) package. It would make a great second camera for a high-end studio photographer, or a good first medium- format camera for someone who has been waiting for the right time to jump into the game. The camera does not contain a self-cleaning sensor, so dust spots are common.
Pros
  • Excellent image quality
  • Compact, portable form factor
  • Firmware updates
Cons
  • No manual focus
  • Motion blur
