Olympus M.Zuiko ED 8mm F1.8 Fisheye PRO is an ultra wide-angle prime lens for Micro Four Thirds-mount. It covers the MFT image circle. Introduced by Olympus in 2015, it has 17 elements in 15 groups.
For incremental weathers, Olympus is kind enough to include weather sealing.
The bright maximum aperture for an ultra wide-angle lens is appreciated for astrophotography. Even though the lens is not stabilized, at this focal range it does not usually matter. In fact, some may be able to get cleaner corners without image stabilization.
Some photographers may be disappointed by the fact that the lens does not accept front screw-on filters.
