Reviewer score 82%Sony's 11-blade aperture is unique for this class of lenses, with most having 9-blades. At f/2, the Sony appears somewhat sharper, but it has more moiré. The Sony shows less vignetting in the same wide aperture comparisons and the Tamron has a touch less linear distortion.
