Product Overview

LG 34GP950G UltraGear is a flagship 34-inch ultra-wide, 3800R-curved gaming monitor in LG's 2021 ("P") model year. Sharing the same 10-bit Nano-IPS panel found in the 34GP83A, the 34GP950G adds brighter backlighting and makes the panel overclockable.
Like the 34GP85A, the 34GP950G covers 98% of DCI-P3 color space. It is able to deliver 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms (Grey-to-Grey) response time. There is also a monitor stand with tilt and height adjustments included in the package.
What make the flagship model stand out are its backlighting and faster processing: With 600 nits max brightness, the 34GP950G is VESA DisplayHDR 600-compliant. It includes also 56 local dimming areas. The panel is overclockable to 180Hz, and G-Sync Ultimate is supported, too.

    Reviewers from rtings have found:
The LG 34GP950G-B is a great monitor for office use, with a large, high-resolution screen and decent text clarity. It's an impressive gaming monitor with low input lag, an outstanding response time at the max refresh rate, and a few extra gaming features. Although it has a local dimming feature, it's pretty bad. The stand has limited ergonomics, though, so it's not the best for a multimonitor setup.
