LG 29WN600 UltraWide is the entry-level option in LG's 2020 ("N" series) UltraWide lineup. Measuring 29 inches diagonally, the 29WN600 features the UltraWide-series' standard 21:9 aspect ratio with UW-FHD resolution. It is in theory a step up from the 29WL500 from 2019, though the differences separating the two are minor.
Like the 29WL500, the 29WN600 uses an 8-bit IPS panel with 99% sRGB coverage. It has the exact same design, which in all truthfulness can be found in about every other LG monitor these days. HDR10 is supports as well.
The only notable difference between the 29WN600 and the predecessor is the inclusion of a DisplayPort. While this does make the newer model more versatile, it does not in actuality make a big difference. Consumers should check the prices of both and choose the one that works for them.
Meanwhile, LG has a number of larger ultra-wide monitors in the same "N" series that may be worth checking out, too.
