LG 34WL850 UltraWide is the flagship ultra-wide monitor in LG's 2019 UltraWide lineup. The calling card of the 34WL850 is the use of Nano IPS technology that greatly enhances color accuracy.

The 34WL850, unlike more affordable models in the 2019 ("L") UltraWide series, comes with dual 7W built-in speakers. It also uniquely (alongside the 34WL85C) has built-in USB-C / Thunderbolt hub. With Thunderbolt, it is able to deliver 60W to a connected device in DP Alt Mode.

The 10-bit Nano IPS panel in the 34WL850 is able to deliver 98% DCI-P3 coverage. This makes the monitor a great option for photo and video editing. With its 21:9 aspect ratio, it makes comparisons between two shots much easier.

A sister model of the 34WL850 is the curved 34WL85C, which unfortunately omits Nano IPS (and is hence quite a bit cheaper to acquire).
