Product Overview

Tokina atx-m 56mm F1.4 is an APS-C short-telephoto prime lens designed for Fujifilm's X-mount and Sony's E-mount systems. With a 84mm-equivalent focal length, this lens is ideal for portrait photography.
This light and compact lens has the exact exterior dimensions and filter thread as the atx-m 23mm F1.4 and atx-m 33mm F1.4 unveiled months earlier in 2020. Together, they make for an affordable three-lens setup for Fuji shooters.
The atx-m 56mm F1.4 X is fully compliant with the camera communication protocol, allowing the IBIS and AF to work like first-party lenses. Its f/1.4 maximum aperture and swift autofocus are particularly useful for portrait use cases.
In 2021, Tokina also introduced an E-mount version of the exact same lens for Sony shooters.
