Product Overview

Samsung The Frame LS03A is a premium 4K QLED smart TV with modern frame design. Like its predecessor, the 2021 The Frame can be customized with bezels that frame the TV as a piece of art.
In Art Mode, The Frame's brightness sensor allow the TV to optimize the picture to the lighting environment, while its motion sensor allows The Frame to switch the display off when you are away.
Besides the gallery functions, The Frame is also a competent 4K QLED TV. It is comparable to the Q60A in terms of features on this front.
Like premium QLED TVs of the past, the 2021 The Frame enjoys 100% DCI-P3 coverage, anti-reflection coating, and ultra-wide viewing angle.
Other 2021 conventional 4K QLED models in Samsung's lineup include the Q60A, Q70A, and Q80A. They are joined by the new Neo QLED models.

The Samsung The Frame TV is a good TV for watching TV shows and sports. It has a great response time, 120Hz refresh rate, low input lag, and VRR support, making it a good option for gaming and use as a PC monitor. Unfortunately, it doesn't have local dimming, and low frame rate content like movies might stutter a bit due to its quick response time.
Pros
  • Outstanding contrast ratio
  • Decent reflection handling
  • Great response time
  • Low input lag
Cons
  • Narrow viewing angles
  • Doesn't get very bright in HDR
