digitaltrends[1]

Sentiment Score 80%
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found the following***:
The Aurora R10 is a showcase for AMD's powerhouse Ryzen 3 processors. It's a beast of a gaming PC, even if the high-end options have more cores than most games know what to do with. This desktop also puts the spotlight on what Alienware does best. With great build quality, and fairly simple upgradability, it should last for many, many years.

Pros
  • Powerful AMD Ryzen 3 processors
  • Unique case design
  • Good build quality
Cons
  • No upgradability options
  • No Thunderbolt 3

pcmag[2]

Sentiment Score 81%
Reviewers from pcmag have found the following***:
The Alienware Aurora R10 is an absolute performance beast. The top-end GPU and the latest AMD silicon together make for a blistering gaming desktop. It's expensive, in part, because of the cost of the Ryzen 9 3950X and the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. If you're mostly going to play games, save a few hundred dollars and pick a less expensive CPU.
Find the original article here.
Pros
  • Powerful CPU and GPU
  • High-refresh-rate 4K gaming
  • Powerful graphics performance
Cons
  • Expensive for what it offers

pcmag[3]

Sentiment Score 74%
Reviewers from pcmag have found the following***:
The Alienware Aurora R10 is a great example of how well AMD's latest platform performs. The $1,079 base model of the Aurora is promising, but the rest of its loadout is just a tease. Moderate upgrades to a 6GB GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD plus 1TB hard drive combo bring it to $ 1,734. That said, Alienware's plastic construction doesn't feel premium, facing stiff competition.

Pros
  • Excellent 4K gaming performance
  • Sleek, premium design
  • Supports AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
Cons
  • Somewhat stiff cooling fans
  • No factory overclocking

techadvisor[4]

Sentiment Score 75%
Reviewers from techadvisor have found the following***:
Alienware Aurora R10 and R11 have a wide range of models on offer. Prices start at £949/US$$1,014 and go up to £4,249/US$4,019 depending on what you want. All machines come with at least 8GB of RAM (64GB at the top end) and a range of graphics cards – a GTX 1660 Ti up to an RTX 3090. Dell gives you the option to customise certain elements should you want something dual-GPUs or more storage, for example.

Pros
  • Great 1080p gaming performance
  • Great build quality
Cons
  • Extremely loud fans
  • Loud fans

techradar[5]

Sentiment Score 82%
Reviewers from techradar have found the following***:
The Alienware Aurora R10 is one of the most powerful gaming desktops you can buy. In Australia, there are only two Ryzen Edition R10 models available including a $3,599 priced 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. There is also a slew of various built-in software including My Alienware, which serves as a hub to other apps including the Alienware Command Center.

Pros
  • Fantastic gaming performance
  • Unique case design
Cons
  • Only two Ryzen Edition models available
  • Only one year warranty

tomsguide[6]

Sentiment Score 84%
Reviewers from tomsguide have found the following***:
Alienware's Aurora R10 is the first Aurora model in several years to offer AMD processors. The R10 ran the orc-slaying action of Middle-earth: Shadow of War at a nice 69 frames per second at 4K and max settings. Up front, you've got three USB 3.1 Type-A Ports, as well as a PowerShare-enabled USB-C port.
Find the original article here.
Pros
  • Powerful AMD CPU and GPU
  • Sleek design
  • Easy to upgrade
Cons
  • Lacks RGB lighting

tomsguide[7]

Reviewers from tomsguide have found the following***:
Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition R10 (2021) absolutely cannot be fazed by everyday productivity tasks. It's not quite as powerful as the Alienware Aurora R11, but it's also not nearly as expensive. Offering AMD hardware lets users customize a model that suits their needs.

Pros
  • Extremely powerful CPU and GPU
  • Comfortable chassis
  • Good battery life
Cons
  • No preinstalled software
  • Extremely loud fans

tomshardware[8]

Sentiment Score 68%
Reviewers from tomshardware have found the following***:
The Alienware Aurora R10 is a powerful gaming and productivity system. Its look makes a statement and has a great selection of front ports. But the cooling, particularly for a high-end chip, doesn't meet AMD's recommended standards. The base model starts at $1,199 with an AMD Ryzen 5 3500 CPU.
Find the original article here.
Pros
  • Powerful Ryzen 9 3950X CPU
  • Good overclocking performance
  • Solid build quality
Cons
  • Loud fans

tomshardware[9]

Reviewers from tomshardware have found the following***:
The Aurora Ryzen Edition R10 is the most powerful all-AMD desktop we've reviewed yet. It starts at $1,058.39, though the configuration we tested came in at $2,639.99. A fully decked-out Aurora R10 will run you around $4,478,59. The plain color that came with our configuration doesn't work with its unusual shape for me.
Find the original article here.
Pros
  • Powerful AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU
  • High-end components
  • Good build quality
Cons
  • Loud fans
  • Expensive for what you get
