Product Overview

LG gram 14 (14T90N) 2-in-1 laptop is the convertible version of the LG gram 14. It adds a Gorilla-glass covered touch display and an LG Stylus Pen while keeping much of the same design elements.
Unlike the gram 14, which sports a 10nm Ice Lake processor, the gram 14 2-in-1 features a 14nm Comet Lake processor that is more powerful.
LG also markets the thin and lightweight gram 15 and gram 17 that share with the 14T90N much of the design elements.

Reviewer score 66% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from cnet have found:
LG uses a 10th-gen 1.8GHz Intel Core i7-10510U processor in the 2020 Gram 14 2-in-1. It's a fine choice for business and school tasks and entertainment other than gaming. Despite LG spotlighting the laptop's DTS:X Ultra audio, the speakers sound thin.
Pros
  • Sturdy, lightweight design
  • Long battery life
  • Comfortable keyboard
Cons
  • Dim display

digitaltrends[2]

Reviewer score 63% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
The display is one of the worst at color accuracy we've seen in a while. The Gram 14's keyboard has a snappy mechanism that's comfortable for long typing sessions. The included active pen supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and works well with Microsoft inking. The Lenovo Yoga C940 is a strong competitor to the Gram 14.
Pros
  • Sleek, lightweight design
  • Good keyboard and touchpad
  • Good battery life
Cons
  • Poor color accuracy
  • No Thunderbolt 3

laptopmag[3]

Reviewer score 75% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from laptopmag have found:
The LG Gram 14 2-in-1 is a powerful, versatile system that can go most of the day and some of the night. The system lasted 11 hours and 28 minutes on the Laptop Mag Battery test. For $1,299, you can get the Lenovo C930, which offers better performance and a better display.
Pros
  • Powerful performance
  • Bright, vivid display
  • Excellent battery life
Cons
  • Mediocre audio
  • No Thunderbolt 3

notebookcheck[4]

Reviewers from notebookcheck have found:
Intel AX201 comes standard for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 compatibility. In-the-box extras include an active stylus and a USB Type-C to RJ-45 adapter. The keyboard remains identical to the 13.3-inch Gram 13 down to the size, layout, and feel.
Pros
  • Slim and light chassis
  • Good battery life
  • Good keyboard and trackpad performance
Cons
  • Lackluster CPU performance
  • Poor battery life

Reviewers from pcmag have found:
, which is fully threaded to make use of all available processor cores and threads. Cinebench stresses the CPU rather than the GPU to render a complex image. The Intel UHD Graphics 620 integrated silicon in these convertibles is a fair choice for basic 3D work and older games. The LG gram 14 2-in-1 delivers all-day runtime and then some.
Pros
  • Sleek, lightweight design
  • Excellent keyboard and touchpad
  • Long battery life
Cons
  • Weak speakers
  • No Thunderbolt 3

techradar[6]

Reviewer score 73% (normalized by Neofiliac)

The gram 14 2-in-1 weighs 2.53 pounds (995g) and measures 12.8 x 8.3 x 0.7 inches (323 x 212 x 16.6mm) It's MacBook Air-light and lends itself to portability more than the Spectre x360 15T's 4.81 pounds. The included Wacom AES 2.0 Pen has two buttons and 4,096 levels of pressure.
Pros
  • Bright, colorful display
  • Solid build quality
  • Comfortable keyboard
Cons
  • Slightly uneven trackpad
  • No headphone jack
