MSI Creator 17 is a flagship 17.3-inch laptop engineered for content creators. Its calling card is the world's first Mini LED display in a laptop, which is complemented by best-in-class connectivity and performance.

Available in both FHD and 4K UHD, the Creator 17 pairs 10th-gen Intel Core H-series processors with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20-series graphics up to RTX 2080 SUPER Max-Q. The 4K UHD panel, armed with Mini LED, supports VESA DisplayHDR 1000 and covers 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Its Delta-E is precisely calibrated to be under 2. Together, these features make the Creator 17 a compelling option for graphics and video creators.

To power these components in a slim chassis, MSI has endowed the Creator 17 with Cooler Boost Trinity+ heat management system that comprises 3 fans and 7 heat pipes. Its 82Wh battery is able to offer up to 7 hours of use between charges.

Last but not least, the Creator 17 has a full-size keyboard with 1.9mm key travel as well as a large touchpad that help boost productivity. With HDMI, Thunderbolt 3, and USB-C 3.2 Gen2 ports, it is able to power three external displays simultaneously.

Alongside the Creator 17, MSI also introduced the 15-inch Creator 15 as well as more affordable Creator 17M and Creator 15M.

MSI has equipped our test unit with a 2 TB NVMe SSD from Samsung. The PM981 is known for its high performance, which also goes for the Creator 17. In Full HD resolution (1920x1080), all the games run smoothly. You should not expect a low noise level when you buy this.
