Product Overview

Dodge Challenger Mk3 is a full-size muscle car / coupe in production from 2008. It is available with a range of V6 and V8 engines that displaced 3.6 to 6.4 liters.
One of the most successful stories of retro styling, the Mk3 Challenger is American through and through. It boasts some of the most insane supercharged V8s ever fitted into a passenger vehicle. On top of that, Chrysler made manual transmissions widely available.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Dodge Challenger Mk3 comes with double-wishbone at the front and multi-link at the rear. Combined with RWD, this setup provides one of the best handling characteristics and tuning capabilities.

External Reviews

autocar[1]

Reviewer score 68% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from autocar have found:
The Redeye has slightly less power – 786bhp against the Demon’s 829bhp – but is able to produce its peak output using regular US-grade 93-Octane petrol. It weighs 2050kg, yet is still claimed to be capable of both a 3.4sec 0-60mph time and a top speed of 203mph.
Pros
  • Gorgeous looks
  • Impressive performance
  • Excellent handling
Cons
  • Not a lithe sports car

cnet[2]

Reviewer score 86% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from cnet have found:
The Dodge is seriously poised and accurate when directed along twisting roads. The 6.4-liter V8 engine may be thirsty, but it makes excellent noises and loads of power. The 2019 R/T Scat Pack starts from $38,995, but you'll need to add a $1,395 destination charge.
Pros
  • Powerful V8 engine
  • Comfortable to drive
  • Lots of standard equipment
Cons
  • Expensive for what it offers
  • Not the most fun to drive
