Product Overview

SEAT Arona facelift is an entry-level subcompact crossover in production from 2021. It is available with a range of inline-3 and inline-4 engines that displaced 1.0 to 1.5 liters.
Compared to the pre-facelift, little has changed. There are only minimal cosmetic updates that hardly made an impact.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, need to think twice before pulling the trigger: the Seat Arona is hardly the "offroader" that Seat would like you to think.

autocar[1]

Reviewer score 64% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from autocar have found:
The Arona was first to show that B-segment SUVs could have decent driving dynamics, as well as tick the important practicality, economy and budget boxes. Facelifts rarely bring any fundamental changes, so the Arona still feels essentially like a taller Ibiza. Like the interior, the driving experience is very much ‘tall Ibiza’ The higher of centre of gravity necessitates slightly higher spring rates, so it doesn’t breathe with the road quite as naturally as the hatchback.
Pros
  • Comfortable to drive
  • Decent infotainment tech
  • Good standard equipment
Cons
  • Not as practical as rivals
  • Not as spacious as rivals

autoexpress[2]

Reviewer score 70% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from autoexpress have found:
SEAT Arona facelift is a big step up from previous model. Smart new styling, a new interior and big tech upgrades make the latest Arona more appealing than ever. It's as good to drive as ever, but that comes at the expense of that firm ride. While the styling of the FR model gives it undeniable appeal, it's certainly a case of try before you buy.
Pros
  • More fun to drive
  • Improved tech
Cons
  • More expensive than before
