Product Overview

Nissan Navara Mk3 (chassis code D23) facelift is an affordable mid-size pickup in production from 2019. It is available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 2.3 liters.
Compared to the pre-facelift, Nissan gave the Navara a more aggressive exterior styling. Mechanically, the car has to conform to more stringent emission standards.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, will appreciate the extraordinary approach, departure, and breakover angles that the chassis offers.

autocar[1]

Reviewer score 63%
Reviewers from autocar have found the following***:
Nissan’s third-generation Navara remains one of the best pickup trucks to drive, even six years into its life. There are no mechanical changes to report here, but there are visual, trim and specification alterations. Outside, there are four new colours to pick from, some new decals and, in the loadbay, a new spray-on bed liner.

Pros
  • Decent standard equipment
  • Decent infotainment system
Cons
  • Not the most fun to drive
  • No automatic gearbox

autoexpress[2]

Reviewer score 60%
Reviewers from autoexpress have found the following***:
Nissan makes a big deal of the Navara's multi-link rear suspension, but this truck isn't as far ahead of its leaf-sprung rivals as you might expect. It's not wildly bouncy, but the revised Ranger is more refined, while the X-Class is smoother still on a similar platform. Highlights of the cabin include the clear information display at the centre of the instrument cluster and the NissanConnect touchscreen navigation system.

Pros
  • Comfortable to drive
  • Excellent infotainment system
  • Decent fuel economy
Cons
  • Lacklustre cabin
  • No automatic gearbox
