Product Overview

Lexus CT 200h (chassis code ZWA10) facelift is an affordable subcompact hatchback in production from 2017 to 2022. It is available with a single inline-4 engine that displaced 1.8 liters in a hybrid setup.
Essentially, it is the Toyota Prius in a suit, though as the Prius moved onto a new platform, the old CT marched on for another few years in select markets.
Lexus has made a good effort in aerodynamics, with a decent 0.28 coefficient of drag to show for it. Another plus is the small 10.4m (34.1ft) turning circle.

Reviewer score 33% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from carmagazine have found:
The CT 200h is still on sale - now known as the CT Hybrid. It uses a Prius-inspired 1.8-litre, Atkinson cycle petrol paired up to an electric motor. It's the usual Lexus self-charging hybrid system, so unlike the Mercedes A 250 e or Golf GTE you can't plug it in to extend its range or hit headline fuel economy figures. The CT Hybrid hits a not-too impressive maximum economy figure of 55.3mpg – bested by even the most powerful Mercedes A-Class diesel.
Pros
  • Powerful petrol engine
  • Comfortable to drive
Cons
  • Fiddly infotainment
  • Lacklustre cabin
