Product Overview

Audi RS 3 (Typ 8Y) Sedan is a subcompact performance sedan in production from 2021. It is available with a turbo-charged inline-5 engine that displaced 2.5 liters paired to a 7-speed DCT that sends power to all four wheels.
Based on the 8Y Audi A3 Sedan, the RS 3 has more aggressive styling elements typical of Audi RS. It also has exclusive access to the I5 engine, which is a rather competitive unit in its segment, with Mercedes and BMW limited to just 4 cylinders.
Still, the RS 3 Sedan is rather ugly, because the A3 is meant to be a hatchback, and every other sedan based on a hatchback has awkward proportions.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Audi RS 3 Sedan uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.
