Product Overview

Mercedes-Benz E-Class A207 facelift is a compact executive convertible in production from 2013 to 2016. It was available with a range of inline-4, V6, and V8 engines that displaced 2.0 to 4.7 liters.
Compared to the pre-facelift A207, the facelifted E-Class Convertible has a new drivetrain lineup. Notably, the new 9G-Tronic 9-speed automatic transmission started replacing the 7G-Tronic: this is a much-welcomed change, as the 7G always had reliability issues that Mercedes never managed to engineer out. This is also the generation when Mercedes went forced induction on its larger-displacement engines. Fortunately, this new crop of engines have no notable reliability issues.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Mercedes-Benz E-class A207 comes with multi-link suspensions at all four corners.
