Product Overview

Volkswagen Eos is a compact hardtop convertible in production from 2006 to 2015. It was available with a range of inline-4 and VR6 engines that displaced 1.4 to 3.6 liters.
Sharing its underpinnings with the Mk5 VW Golf, the Eos is a rare hardtop convertible from VAG. Volkswagen made the wise decision to build it on a sedan version of the Golf, which made the car's profile less awkward, as all hatchback-based hardtop convertibles have come out pretty ugly.
As one of the more robust generation of VWs, the Eos has some interesting engine options, notably the VR6. The diesel, however, is complete nonsense in a convertible.
