Product Overview

Ferrari 612 Scaglietti (Type F137) is a large luxury 2+2 coupe in production from 2004 to 2011. It was powered by an F133 naturally-aspirated V12 engine that displaced 5.7 liters. For the first time, an "F1" automated manual transmission was offered alongside the gated manual.
Unfortunately, most of 612s were sold with the F1 transmission. This high-maintenance unit has shoddy shifts and is disliked by enthusiasts and collectors. As a result, manual 612s have risen in price significantly.
Compared to the 456M that preceded it, the 612 Scaglietti is quite large and heavier. It has a more luxurious interior, while its exterior is even softer. To many, this is the last real Ferrari GT before the company suddenly lost its touch on elegance. The F133 engine is also the last Ferrari V12 to use timing belts, though with the long hood it is very easy to service the belts in situ.
