Audi TT RS (Type 8S) is a high-performance compact coupe in production from 2016 to 2018. It was powered by a turbocharged inline-5 engine that displaced 2.5 liters paired to a 7-speed DCT transmission driving all four wheels.
Compared to the Mk1 TT RS (8J), notably the 2.5 TFSI plus model, the new TT RS has very few notable changes. Chief among them is a slight exterior redesign that tunes out the "bolt-on" rear wing and introduced a larger, more exaggerated front grille. With similarly cramped exterior and bulged wheel arches, the 8S TT RS is a bit ugly indeed.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Audi TT RS Coupe uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.
