Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione
Sports CarProduct Gallery
Product Overview
Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione is a compact sports car in production from 2007 to 2010. It was available with a single Ferrari-Maserati V8 engine that displaced 4.7 liters. The only transmission was a rear-mounted 6-speed automated manual transaxle.
While not publicized as so, the 8C Competizione used roughly the same drivetrain setup as the Maserati GranTurismo that was coming out at the same time. Here, owing to a smaller chassis, the 8C Competizione is much more agile. However, even though the car was down in luxury compared to the Maserati, it was sold at a higher price.
