Peugeot 407 Coupe is a mid-size coupe in production from 2005 to 2008. It was available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 2.2 to 2.9 liters.
Based on the 407 sedan, the Coupe was limited by the chassis and the drivetrains available to PSA. Hence, while the designers made a laudable effort, the elegant vehicle just lacked the power, handling, or comfort to be competitive. Moreover, it was a let-down compared to the 406 Coupe designed by Pininfarina.
