Product Overview

Mini Coupe (chassis code R58) is a subcompact coupe in production from 2011 to 2015. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.6 to 2.0 liters.
Based on the Mini Hatch, the Coupe has a unique, quirky styling, almost as if half the roof were chopped off. While some may consider the slimmer profile to be "sportier", the average-ish engines available to this Mini Coupe do not afford much sportiness in the driving experience. This is perhaps why Mini discontinued this form factor quickly.
Utility-minded owners will have to keep in mind that the 290L (10cu-ft) cargo space may not be sufficient.
