Product Overview

Land Rover Range Rover L322 is a full-size luxury SUV in production from 2001 to 2012. It was available with a range of inline-6 and V8 engines that displaced 2.9 to 5.0 liters.
Having been through numerous updates, the L322 Range Rover retained roughly the same exterior styling but had several generations of drivetrains. Early engines were sourced from BMW, when JLR was under BMW's ownership. Later diesels were sourced from Ford, which took over the brand during the vehicle's production run. New JLR petrol engines based on older Jaguar engines were progressively introduced. Transmission-wise, three generations of ZF automatics were employed, starting with the disastrous ZF 5HP and ending with the rather reliable ZF 8HP.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, will appreciate the extraordinary approach, departure, and breakover angles that the chassis offers. Owners may find that at speed the vehicle consumes a lot more than the numbers indicate, thanks to a disappointing 0.38 coefficient of drag to show for it. Utility-minded owners will love the 2099L (74cu-ft) cargo space. The Range Rover L32 also comes with a high towing capacity.
