Product Overview

Land Rover Freelander 2 (chassis code L359) is an affordable compact crossover in production from 2006 to 2014. It was available with a range of inline-4 and inline-6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.2 liters.
Pieced together with parts in Ford's lesser bins, the Freelander has a strange exterior styling though decent offroad capabilities. Interestingly, its drivetrain shares more similarity with that of a Volvo, notably with the Volvo SI6 inline-6 petrol engine and the 6-speed Aisin automatic transmission.
