Product Overview

Kia Sorento 3 (chassis code UM) is a mid-size crossover in production from 2014 to 2020. It was available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.5 liters.
Compared to the Mk2 Sorento, the Mk3 Sorento has more cleaner, more modern exterior styling. It received a range of more modern engine options that are more powerful and efficient.
Utility-minded owners will love the 2067L (73cu-ft) cargo space, though this has not significantly changed since the Mk2.

Reviewer score 50% (normalized by Neofiliac)
    Reviewers from autocar have found:
With standard all-wheel drive and seven seats, this is a car built on a proper SUV architecture, not a crossover spun off a big family hatchback’s underpinnings. It feels solid and robust, built for towing things, filling with people big and small, and whatever they want to bring with them. The drivetrain is good but not outstanding, making for a car best enjoyed at leisure if you want to avoid its gruff diesel tones.
    Pros
    • Excellent all-wheel drive
    • Excellent infotainment system
    Cons
    • Lack of refinement
    • Uncomfortable to drive
