Ford Expedition 2 (chassis code U222) is a full-size SUV in production from 2003 to 2006. It was available with a range of V8 engines that displaced 4.6 to 5.4 liters.
Essentially built on the F-150 chassis, the Mk2 Expedition had a rather stout drivetrain, though it was never meant to deliver decent fuel economy. Ford also forgo good fit and finish but rather offered consumers a spacious and capable vehicle at an approachable price point as the tradeoff.
