Product Overview

BMW X3 F25 LCI is a compact crossover in production from 2014 to 2017. It was available with a range of inline-4 and inline-6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.0 liters.
Compared to the pre-LCI F25, the facelifted F25 X3 received some engine up-ratings and adopted the B47 I4 diesel engine in select markets. The B47 is better engineered and more stout than the N47 that preceded it. Unfortunately, the horrible N20 and the slightly better N57 lived on.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, need to think twice before pulling the trigger: the BMW X3 is hardly the "offroader" that BMW would like you to think.
