Product Overview

BMW X3 F25 is a compact crossover in production from 2010 to 2014, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of inline-4 and inline-6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.0 liters.
Compared to the E83 LCI X3 that preceded it, the F25 has a much cleaner exterior design. Unfortunately, BMW switched to the worst range of engines in modern automotive history, and the N20 I4 petrol, N47 I4 diesel, and N57 I6 diesel have proven to be extremely troublesome. Their weakest points include timing chain and bottom end, though hardly anything on these engines is strong.
